Maryland Insurance Administration Public Meeting on Lymphedema

The Maryland Insurance Administration will be holding a second public meeting regarding insurance coverage for the treatment of Lymphedema and related equipment and supplies. The purpose of this hearing is to allow the MIA to identify any gaps in insurance coverage in the marketplace, as well as gaps in provider and consumer knowledge about such coverage, and to determine what, if any, actions are needed to ensure that lymphedema patients receive coverage for medically necessary treatment and supplies.
 
The meeting will be held at the following time and location:
