Affordability and Availability of Liability Insurance in Maryland

The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) will hold a series of virtual public meetings to gather feedback from industry stakeholders, consumers, and others about the availability and affordability of liability insurance in Maryland. The MIA will hold three meetings, each focused on liability coverage for a specific business type, including child care providers and healthcare professionals. The MIA is particularly interested in hearing from child care providers; insurers that currently or previously offered child care coverage; and brokers and producers that currently or previously sold this coverage.
