Submitted requests will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days. Once the request is processed, the service request status will be
"Completed/Processed".
You can review your current information by using the NAIC's State Based System's
License Manager feature.
Please note: pursuant to section 10-117 of the Insurance Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, certain updates and changes are required to be filed with the Commissioner.
