Procurement Bids and Awards

In many cases, the Maryland Insurance Administration may be using existing State of Maryland contractors. However, bid requests issued by the agency can be found on eMaryland Marketplace. All bids must be received by the Procurement Office prior to the assigned due date found in the request.

Procurement Regulations

The Maryland Insurance Administration follows the State of Maryland Procurement Regulations as outlined in the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) under Title 21.
