Bulletins serve as notices about a variety of topics related to conducting insurance business in Maryland. General Compliance bulletins have application to multiple, if not all, lines of business. Bulletins related to specific lines of business are divided between either Life and Health lines or Property and Casualty lines of business. Examination and Auditing bulletins are related to financial issues of accounting and regulation.

All Bulletins and related communications issued by the MIA are made available ONLY through our website. Licensees and other regulated entities are encouraged to subscribe to the email lists to receive notifications of new information. Refer to Bulletin 12-17.
